Katie Holmes was looking fabulous this afternoon as she left her Paris hotel.  The celebrity mom is in Paris for Fashion Week.

She has GOT to be tired! She just threw that big birthday bash for Tom Cruise in Miami and now she’s looking all fresh faced in France.
