Taking a break from her hit show "Modern Family" for a night on the red carpet, Sarah Hyland joined in on the 2011 American Music Awards festivities in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (November 20).

Held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live, the adorable actress teamed up with the online Coca-Cola Red Carpet LIVE! @ the 2011 AMAs pre-show team in getting viewers geared up ahead of the night's ceremony, which airs live on ABC beginning at 8/7c.

With the online coverage set to begin at 2pm PT/5pm ET, Miss Hyland is joined in her reporting efforts by fellow stars including Lance Bass, Michael Buckley, Estelle, Audrina Patridge, Mario and Josh Sussman.

During the course of the show, performers at the 2011 AMAs include top names such as Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 with Christina Aguilera, Nicki Minaj with David Guetta, Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift, among others.

As for the nominees, Adele leads the pack with four chances at AMA glory while Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, The Band Perry and Taylor Swift each collected three nods.
